Have been coming here for 5 yrs ( 3 different cars) I always find they overbook for oil changes? I was told my appt was a 145 here it is 215 n my car is still sitting outside?
I wish they had reset my check engine light even though that's not what I was in for. They did everything quickly and accurately that was needed. Well done!
We've bought 2 cars from Parker Toyota and have been very satisfied with their service. It's not the closest Toyota dealer to us, but we like working with them.
I called on Wednesday to get a quote for rear brakes. I talked to Brandon who gave me a quote and we scheduled a two hour appointment for Saturday at 10:30am. I arrived ten minutes early gave them my keys and was told that yes I would be in and out in two hours. After sitting in the waiting area for an hour and fifteen minutes I decided to walk over to Fred Meyer for something to do. These guys/gals are on it! First off the irony of the toyota service shop being the only shop I town with availability is not lost on me but I digress. My wife and I were traveling through the area from Virginia and had some rear brake issues with our Ford Transit campervan. They got us in the next day for an early (6:45am) appointment to check things out.
