This review is for service. I have a less than 2 year old vehicle that has service “included” for the first 2 years. On my 2nd service, they used my “4th “ service which included a premature oil change. Now when I need my oil changed I have to pay out of pocket despite having a vehicle that is still under the service warranty…. Also their car wash has been “broken” for years.
Ok well I had my gas siphoned from my car 3 times in 2 years in South Orange County. I ordered a gas cap which leaked and the Omissions light kept turning on. This was ordered through my mechanic from Toyota. No good so it was sent back. Then I went to O'Riley's and the same thing happened and my charge was refunded. So from the 3rd time the gas was stolen, the gas door was badly twisted, beyond repair . I called RUBEN at the Toyota dealership in SJC. He ordered a new door, and he was amazing to work with! I cannot say enough good things about Paul in the Toyota Capistrano service department. I came in with a frustrating issue — a constant parking sensor alert on my Tundra that no one could seem to figure out. Instead of rushing me through or trying to upsell anything, Paul literally got under my truck himself. He told me, “I don’t want to admit you unless we need to… let me try everything first.” He tested it, troubleshot it, even hooked up a trailer to try to recreate the issue.
