The Toyota of Capistrano team fixed the mistake and I have nothing but positive things to say about the team and location. Good fast service, nice staff, great atmosphere and conveniently located off the 5.
This review is for service. I have a less than 2 year old vehicle that has service “included” for the first 2 years. On my 2nd service, they used my “4th “ service which included a premature oil change. Now when I need my oil changed I have to pay out of pocket despite having a vehicle that is still under the service warranty…. Also their car wash has been “broken” for years.
Ok well I had my gas siphoned from my car 3 times in 2 years in South Orange County. I ordered a gas cap which leaked and the Omissions light kept turning on. This was ordered through my mechanic from Toyota. No good so it was sent back. Then I went to O'Riley's and the same thing happened and my charge was refunded. So from the 3rd time the gas was stolen, the gas door was badly twisted, beyond repair . I called RUBEN at the Toyota dealership in SJC. He ordered a new door, and he was amazing to work with!
