I cannot say enough good things about Paul in the Toyota Capistrano service department. I came in with a frustrating issue — a constant parking sensor alert on my Tundra that no one could seem to figure out. Instead of rushing me through or trying to upsell anything, Paul literally got under my truck himself. He told me, “I don’t want to admit you unless we need to… let me try everything first.” He tested it, troubleshot it, even hooked up a trailer to try to recreate the issue. This place is a 5-star dealership for sure. I've been going here since 2004! They will save you money and ALWAYS get the repair done right the first time. The Staff are friendly and courteous. I'd also like to give a shout-out to their Service Manager who came out of his Office and walked into their lobby where I and other Customers were waiting to get their cars repaired.
