Staff was great. Got me in without an appointment.
The Middletown Toyota Service Department employees are fantastic. They're personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with (The 3 Ps were unintentional). Since I purchased my 1st Toyota (not from Middletown Toyota) in 2018, they've done all my oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, and replaced one water pump in 300k miles. FYI: I get my tires from CT Tire in Berlin. Sorry, but I can't speak to their pricing, b/c I have no comparables.
