Called the service departartment, took my Rav4 in for the required maintenance, had a donut and a bag of hot fresh popped popcorn. Before you know it, Michaela, my service advisor came and told me that my vehicle was ready to go. As I was leaving, Colin, the Service Manager introduced himself and explained to me how to get the most out of my remaining Toyota Care Plan. Great customer service.service took about 2 hrs
Very courteous gave me a ride home and picked Me up when finished.
Great costumer service. Very easy to talk to. Plus they have the best waiting room with donuts and coffee. Makes me want to go there just for that!
