Can't answer the phones, fed me a sob story about why they are understaffed. Repeatedly sent to voicemail even when I'm simply trying to change my appointment time. Not going back after they also basically shirked their obligation to repair my vehicle under warranty.

Called the service departartment, took my Rav4 in for the required maintenance, had a donut and a bag of hot fresh popped popcorn. Before you know it, Michaela, my service advisor came and told me that my vehicle was ready to go. As I was leaving, Colin, the Service Manager introduced himself and explained to me how to get the most out of my remaining Toyota Care Plan.
