I had my tires rotated at the suggested mileage indicated when I bought my new Tacoma in Febuary. The bill said that the wheel torque should be rechecked at 25 miles but did not give the specs. I asked what the wheel torque was supposed to be and I was told 76 pounds. I thought that was a little low so I checked my owner's manual. It said 97 pounds. I went back inside and showed the manual to the man who I talked to and he said he had worked there 18 years and never saw that. He said he would check into it. I came home to ch... read more

We were driving our Prius cross country when the front fender liner blew out. We lost cruise control and the ABS light went on. We didn’t know if it was safe to drive. We showed up to this place and they immediately put three guys on it. They checked the hybrid unit, diagnosed the problem and gave us a list of parts, since they would take days to arrive. And they assured us it was safe. Absolutely free! We were blown away by their services e.
