Called for oil change — clerk wouldn’t check schedule with out creating a profile for me which I was not interested in unless I could get an appt — then hung up on me after saying nothing was available for two days. Pretty unfortunate service model. Won’t be taking vehicle here!
3rd time here now and the experience has been great every time. 10/10 so far. Will keep coming here while we're in the area.
I’m not sure where to even begin. I brought my Tacoma in then other day with concerns of my power steering and my bed rattling. The first thing that pissed me off is they were going to try and charge me two separate diagnostic fees, so $410 JUST to look at the truck for minor concerns. I told them no way just diagnose the bed rattle. I ended up getting the service video back, they fixed my bed rattle and then they proceeded to tell me a whole list of things that were “wrong” with my truck. Gosh it was about $5k in repairs. Worst service experience two times in a row. I pre-paid for 5 services on my Tundra. The last time they got a lug lock stuck and had me drive to Discount Tire with a loose wheel to have them fix it. Today I went in for my final pre-paid and they told me it expired 11 days ago.... I asked to speak to the Service Manager and he told them no nothing he could do..... BS.... I expected nothing extra just what I paid for.
