This is the worst service center I have ever been to. Six months ago: I went there for a recall. Made an appointment and they recommended an oil change and wheel alignment. I agreed. When the service was done and I paid I asked about the recall. They said the part did not make it in and I will have to come back. No one bothered to let me know beforehand, and I was furious. Took my 2024 Prius Prime for the initial 6 month maintenance visit. Staff was very friendly and the service advisor Nelson Rios listened to my concerns regarding the dead 12 volt battery issue I experienced. It’s important to feel that you are being heard with any concern. It was a good visit experience. I dropped the car off so I didn’t enjoy the nice waiting area the dealership has. Maybe next visit.
Great experience! Staff was on top of all the issues and offered immediate solutions.
