Arrogant management. One of them told me that if I want to test drive their car, they need to copy my DL and put it in their files because this is a PA law. There is no law of this kind in PA. Did he lie to me? What else would I hear from them , if I had decided to do business with them? I was told one more thing. They sell so many cars that I can go to another dealer, if I don’t like the way they do things. How nice, but I do not like it.
I get a consistently quality experience from this service department. Their advisors recognize customers and make sure you are satisfied with your maintenance or repair work.
The customer service is outstanding. Everyone is courteous and want to make your visit as comfortable as can be. I was there to have my car serviced and time flew by when they advised me my car was ready. Thank you guys.
