tldr; Sales is OK; Service is lacking, go elsewhere or only perform drop-offs if you value your time. The sales process was pleasant but service is dreadfully slow and lackluster. My Camry had a shake/shimmy only noticed after driving at highway speeds. The car was in the shop 3x for a couple of oil changes and trying to fix the shimmy. Even an appointment scheduled about a week in advance and exclusively for an oil change took 3 hours! I was the 1st person at the door in the morning, waiting for them to open. Arrogant management. One of them told me that if I want to test drive their car, they need to copy my DL and put it in their files because this is a PA law. There is no law of this kind in PA. Did he lie to me? What else would I hear from them , if I had decided to do business with them? I was told one more thing. They sell so many cars that I can go to another dealer, if I don’t like the way they do things. How nice, but I do not like it.
