The staff is very friendly although the prices are very high
If I can give this Performance Toyota Service Department a NEGATIVE 5 star, I would. I came there to fix a right front clunking noise in my car last July 10, 2023. I paid toyota $1,131.79 for the repair but the clunking noise is still there when I drive home. I called back toyota and they want me to get another appointment scheduled. I am very hesitant to make another appointment, thinking that toyota is just merely guessing of what / where is the source of the clunking noise from. The attendance people, as you first arrive, were very helpful. I had an unusual sound from My car. They opened the Hood and found a very large Mouse nest. He cleaned it Out for me, checked my Oil level and took my car And got it washed. They Scheduled an appt. For my Maintenance check and I was On my way.
