Had a really smooth experience here. It was easy to get an appointment, and everyone I met was courteous and professional. I appreciated that they didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs and were upfront about what actually needed attention. Overall, great service and I’d definitely recommend them.

My experience with Wellesley Toyota was extremely disappointing. A small issue with the rear tailgate of my 2024 Toyota Sienna turned into more than two months of delay and about $11,000 in repairs. The vehicle sat at the dealership for over 36 days with no work performed, while they blamed holidays and other excuses. I repeatedly explained that my child has a serious medical condition and our family urgently needs this van for hospital visits because it accommodates a wheelchair and walker. Unfortunately, there was no urgen... read more

I had a good buying experience here, but unfortunately that's usually how it goes when you're spending upwards of $60,000. Most interactions I've had that are customer service oriented are poor. I won't go into great detail on a public forum but I'm frustrated with how they handle issues that have arisen for me. Toyota Corporate announced a remedy for the faulty seat rails in their Siennas and when I called to inquire with Wellesley's service department, was only told "there's no remedy yet." The girl, who mumbled her name..... read more

I came in expecting professional diagnostics but instead was advised to replace parts one by one with no guarantee the check engine light would be resolved. On my first visit, I was told to replace an oxygen sensor for about $700 even after I explained that I had already replaced one and the issue remained. I was assured that using an original Toyota sensor would fix the problem. It didn’t. On the second visit, I was told it might be wiring ($500) or possibly the ECM ($1,100) again with no certainty that either would solve t... read more

I took my car in for its first service and expected my multi-point inspection to go smoothly. Check in was easy and straightforward. I was welcomed with a smile. The waiting area was clean and quiet so I was able to get work done while I waited. After an hour my car was ready, great. When I finally arrive home I check under my hood because of past experiences at other places and find they did not complete the multi point inspection as expected including topping off fluids. If some of the most simplest tasks are not completed... read more
