Very Disappointed with Toyota Service – Feels Like a Scam I recently took my Prado in for service and had a terrible experience. Even though my service label clearly said due in September 2025, I kept getting text messages and calls saying my car was “urgent” for service. Absolutely terrible service. Booked in for a complimentary service but without my knowledge they did a different service and charged me without notifying me.
