Edit: Changing my review a year later, as I’m finding out that they missed some very serious and obviously overdue maintenance items, like belts that should have been changed 80k miles (5 years) ago, seeping radiator, cracking hoses, failing suspension and steering items. I don’t think they even looked at my Highlander, but they sure did change my cabin air filter for $50 from one that looked pretty dusty to one that made my car smell like I had hidden old musty towels inside the dash.
