My first repair service experience at Crown Toyota Service Center in Lawrence, KS, was a great one! The service rep, Cody, made sure I was well informed and well taken care of. He even took a few extra minutes to show me how to work something on my van which I did not know how to do. Great job, greatly appreciated! In addition, all the staff was friendly and courteous, from the warm welcome by Shawn to the very helpful and pleasant courtesy ride home by Fee, and all those asking "May I help you?" in between. Do not go here unless you are White. Both of my experiences were awful. It’s amazing what happens when you are a minority and they judge you based on an older vehicle that you drive. No accountability. No integrity. Technicians will break parts on the vehicle and pass the cost along to the customer ( I lived it first hand).
Quit going to Crown Toyota Service for a couple years but thought we would give them another chance. Our service rep (Felipe) restored our faith in Crown Toyota Service center. Ask for Felipe, and you won’t regret it . He is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about service repairs.
