I’ve been bringing my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross to Toyota of Brookfield ever since I purchased it, and Coley has taken care of me and my car every time. She’s not only knowledgeable and reliable—she’s also incredibly thoughtful. Coley has been understanding of my busy work schedule and has gone out of her way to adjust services to accommodate me. I had a great experience here dealing with Rob! I brought my car in after doing some work myself and had some issues. These guys were able to track the issue down. The brand new part I put in was faulty.

Avoid this place for repairs. Tried to charge me $700+ for spark plugs while Wilke’s in Wales would fix it for $350. They also tried to tell me my front ball joints were “excessively greasy” and it needed a $1100 repair. Also had the second mechanic look at it and he said it was fine. Not worth your time.
