Was looking for a Land Cruiser so I called Keith Pierson Toyota. I spoke with Andre the sales manager. He told me they had one in stock. He set me up an appointment for 30 minutes later. When I arrived and checked in, another gentleman came over and told me it sold the day before. I drove 30 minutes (one hour total) for no reason. I hope this is a one time mistake for this dealership. You would think a manager would double check his inventory so this doesn't ever happen.
me & my husband have dealt with this dealer, purchased a used Tacoma, had it serviced there only.since receiving that truck, we've had excellent service in every way. We hope to continue with them...very satisfied customer
