They kept our car for TWO DAYS before letting us know they didn’t have a part available and gave back the car without anything done to it. These people value no one’s time and have zero consideration for their customers.
This Toyota SB service center is terrible. I waited 3 hours just for a change oil!!!! Why do they take appointments if they still have you wait that loooonnngg!!!! Then they will ask if I want to have the other job done? meaning I have to stay overnight there!!! Im not coming back here i swear!!!
Not sure what has been going on here the last few times that I have come with an appointment I have waited for over half an hour to be seen and no one is here. In Riverside this never happened . . . I will not buy a car here again.
If you want your car for maintenance service, please don’t go to this place. I bought my car new Toyota 2024 and about 1.4 years. This is my second time coming this place for maintenance and they tried to come up with new service to get your money. Dany, the adviser, immediately said when he first saw “oh let’s get you on the payment plan.” He looked briefly like few seconds and then wanted me to get alignment service.
