Promised my car at (Drop off 10:30 with an appointment) 12:45 they tell me it needs a new battery and it’ll be almost done at 1:30 now it’s nearly 2.. That’s crazy being here for nearly 4 hours. Frustrated and disappointed. If the service wasn’t free I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t recommend
Poor quality of service, I brought my Tacoma for alignment paid for the service but my truck ended up having uneven worn front tires, I will never comeback to this service center and will file a complaint to Toyota management.
Waited 45 minutes sitting in my car for an “Advisor” to come out. There were maybe 5 cars in line. Thought to myself, if they take this long for someone to come out, imagine how long the service is going to take so I left. Might be worth driving to Crown Toyota to avoid the excessive wait times.
