Account team was very rude
I was told that they can provide shuttle and now I’m here they said no they cannot provide a ride ! Poor communication and poor client experience.
My first visit to this location. I went for our Highlander's oil change. My experience here was great, scheduling was smooth, Edgar from the service department was very friendly and professional, answering all my questions. The service area was busy but running very smooth. Lounge was nice and comfy, quiet enough to get some work done. I was in and out within 1 hour. After visiting the Napervile location before coming to this one, I can say this is now our preferred service center. Highly recomended.
I took my truck to have an oil change and they didn't put a gasket on the bolt and I had to fix it myself.
