I had a disappointing experience with Toyota of Romeoville’s service department. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation and was told it would take no more than 45mins. Nearly two hours later, I asked for an update and was sent from the front desk to the service garage. Despite several employees sitting at their desks, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Eventually, I was directed to Jim Carver, the service manager. I love this Toyota service center. Zac Bennett really came through for me with my tires. The last time I needed a replacement, I feared i would have to pay for an expensive tire due to a sidewall blow out. He looked up my history and found that it was under service contract warranty and was covered. I almost hugged him, but settled for 2 hand shakes. Thanks man for looking out for me!
