Went for a oil change and state sticker with 8am appointment. 2 hours later wasn’t ready. Giving 1 star because no option for negative 5 stars. The same service in Falmouth Toyota was less than 1 hours. Never gonna be there again.👎👎👎👎👎

Service rep on the phone with a southern accent was very argumentative. He hung up on me. I called back, talk with someone else who was able to help me. I drop the car off to be fixed. Picked it up the next day. The invoices was $130+ more than the estimate. They said they forgot to update the estimate. I've bought and least many cars from them. I've also had $1000's of dollars in repairs done there in the past 5 years. Not the first time I've had an issue with them

I am very unhappy with the service. I took my car in because the air conditioning wasn't working. They charged me $1,500. They offered me new tires and I paid for the service. When I picked up the car, the air conditioning wasn't working. I went to ask the attendant, and he said that they had replaced a part and that to fix it, I would have to pay another $5,000. Since I had already paid for the service, I went home with a broken air conditioning. I will have to look for another place to get it fixed, my rating is zero.

HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK. I have over the years dealt with Hyannis Toyota for multiple reasons. The past couple of years have been the worse experience with any dealership I have ever had. The management is just as bad and corrupt. They will charge you for services that they do not even perform. Charge you for parts that they do not even put into your car and then when you repeatedly have to go back for the same issue after being a loyal customer they will tell you if you aren’t willing to pay them more money then... read more
