Avoid the Service Dept!! I took my ‘21 Tacoma in for a 3p appointment to have a front axle replaced under warranty, adding inspection & 30k service (fluids, filters, tire rotation) to the visit. “3hr will be plenty of time.” Emphasized that my main concern was getting the axle replaced - everything else could wait. They provided insp & service, not able to get to the axle before closing. I’m from out of town, so had to get hotel room. They had no loaner, but ok’d me taking my truck & bringing it back at 7am.
