Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Jamie, was wonderful. The process of scheduling an appointment was simple online. Check in was smooth and they offer free Uber service if you live without a specific mileage from the service center, which I took advantage of. While waiting comfortably at home, I received an email with the technician recommendations that I could approve or decline. I bought a new/used 2016 Toyota Camry from there 2018, and I kept up on oil changes & maintenance. I drove my car in for an oil change one day, and they said I need a new engine. After arguing with the tech & manager, my car was released back to me, not running, then I had it towed to my place. I would not recommend sending anyone there.
