Always an easy appointment with this service center! Worked with Mo today and she even stayed late to help finish my appointment
(7/26) I went to this service center yesterday for my vehicle’s 12-month maintenance. After driving home, I noticed a scratch on the exterior that looks like it may have been caused by a tool, as well as some stains on the driver’s seat. I had thoroughly checked my car before the appointment, so I’m quite certain this damage happened while the vehicle was in their care. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
