if I could leave a no star rating I would… took my 2025 rav 4 in for the 10k service with an appointment at 7 am on saturday. I was told to give them till no later than 12 pm for the car to be done. I reached out to my service advisor essa at around noon to see if there was an update since I didn’t receive any sort of courtesy call or update call. Beware of service delays. I got appointment. regular oil change, wheel alignment 4 hrs to get out on a friday non busy morning. you need to plan your day ✌️

horrible service. price gouging in effect. service advisors tell you $195 diagnostic will find a solution. They simply pulled codes and wanted $585 to finish the diagnostic. never again
