My car notified me: see your dealer I made an appointment on line - very easy! I took it on time and GREER greeted me as my service advisor. Greer was very helpful and welcoming. Delightful. I’ve notice this change throughout the dealership. EVERYONE was helpful, wanting to help. Changed water pump
I am a little frustrated to make an appointment for an oil change and it took two and half hours. Time is valuable and this is just entirely too long. My service provider was very friendly and did provide a small discount for the wait but I would expect a much better turnaround time in the future.

Upset that a previously repaired sensor is still malfunctioning and the service dept wanted to charge us to repair. Confused by that. We fixed it and the very next day the light came on and has been on since.
