Great service. Very nice and well informed service representatives. Not too long wait.
Made an appointment and service staff were ready for me at the appointed time. Work was done professionally. Good contact all through the process.
The actual service work on my tacoma is as good as any toyota dealership. However the service writers it is not. Why do they charge a 3% credit card fee on all credit cards? Who pays cash for high dollar services?? Seems like another way to scam customers out of $$$. Lay visit I was charged a “ records fee” of $1.09 . I don’t see any changes being made by this dealership. They’ll say thanks for the rating or call to complain to someone who doesn’t care. The problems never get Resolved solved.

Quoted me 480 for front brake pad and rotor replacement. (Originally was only hoping to be paying 230$ with a coupon i got in the mail but my rotors were “too thin” to sand) agreed to pay the 480. These were also “off market” rotors but were still the same price as the toyota rotors when I asked. Once service was complete got a call that with taxes it was 580$. I feel thats dishonest quote me the FULL price. Wasn’t happy and won’t be going back.
