I am writing this review on behalf of Gwendolyn. She does not have a Gmail so I am letting her use my account to write this review. "I was there on Saturday, 7/12/25 for a simple 5,000 mile tire rotation. I just got my car back in February. It is a 2025 Toyota corolla hybrid. Brand new never owned before so it was JUST the tire rotation. I made my appointment for 2PM that day. I arrived about 15 minutes early just in case they needed any other information. Great service.
Worst service department I've ever worked with. Months ago the service department recommended an exhaust service for over $3,000. After balking at this price I shopped around and the local Mieneke fixed the problem for $345. I then called to inquire as to what made the cost over $3,000 and they insisted that was the price. After pressing, they admitted they could use after-market parts and probably get the price down to $1,200. Not impressed with the service department, left my car there 2 days ago to have the clutch master cylinder replaced & brake fluid changed, today I received a “ Text message “ with a list 7 other things that need fixing but they haven’t fixed the clutch problem I left it there for. Not happy. Check back tomorrow !
