I called San Marcos Toyota and asked for an estimate for a transmission flush and the San Marcos Toyota representative told me it was $400. This was in line with pricing I received from other local Toyota dealers for a transmission flush, so I scheduled the service for my son’s Toyota RAV4 on a Saturday. Almost 6 hours later he sent me an invoice and it said drain and refill transmission which wasn’t what I clarified was going to be done with the representative I talked to on the phone when I set up the appointment. I had a 10:30 appointment for standard maintenance items. I arrived a few minutes early to allow for checking in with the service department. By 10:24 my car was in the service bay and I received my first update. I was continually updating throughout the service. San Marcos Toyota is the best service department in the entire San Antonio-Austin metroplex. Friendly, professional and high quality describes them best.

For expensive repairs, Always get another quote from anywhere else. I was able to get my repairs done for 1/3 of what they asked.
