Toyota quality not what it used to be which is super sad. Buying a car here is great, keeping you car running is the challenge. How is it my corolla that is barely 2 years old is having so many issues? Why did I pay for an extended warranty that doesn't cover issues? Maybe I got a lemon 🍋 instead of a quality commuter vehicle.
I recently visited San Marcos Toyota Service Center for an alignment service, and I had an excellent experience. Brennen went above and beyond by arranging a rental car for me at no charge, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to leave my car for the alignment without any inconvenience. The service was professional, efficient, and handled with great customer care. Truly amazing service — highly recommend!
I want to say first off that buying a car and service are two very different experiences at San Marcos Toyota. Charles was wonderful when I purchased my 4Runner a year ago. The service here has always been a struggle. I have always made appointments early in the day and come in on time or early. It takes forever though, and always has.
