Always amazing customer service. I had my 2 young grandsons with me today and as we were checking out, a nice employee brought them both a hot wheel car. It truly made their day and I can't thank the staff enough. I will never go anywhere else for my car services.
Although I did not buy my Toyota truck at San Marcos Toyota, it is the closest dealership to my home, and I always take my truck there for its service. The service advisors are all friendly and helpful and get to you in a hurry. I would recommend early morning appointments if you want to get out faster, but even in busy parts of the day the wait is not unreasonable. If I could give zero stars I would. My son brought his car multiple times due to all the lights turning on. He was told it was this and that. Fixed it and then the lights came on again. The next time they told him he needed all new tires and rims. He bought them on their credit and lights came back on. He went back again and the manager Sean Moore was supposed to refund the 2 rims and a tire. This has not been done as of today. He called the creditor and they said nothing has been refunded.
