Went in to see what I would get for my trade and grace and Zach were a lot of help
Service sucked they didnt even check my truck. They based themselves on the history service of the truck. And the best excuse the service manager gave me... was well these trucks are very light and you are gonna feel all the bumps on the road. My local Toyota dealership took their time and found that the tires needed to be balanced thats all. I expected that type of treatment maybe at ford but not Toyota. Very disappointing
I highly highly recommend VINCENT GIL FOR ANY VISTIT FOR THIS LOCATION! His customer service was through the roof at this place. I’ve been coming here for my daily routine oil changes. And none of the employees ever told me anything about the different types of offers Toyota has for there customers! Shuttle service etc. I just found that out today! Save me money on a uber. Very knowledgeable of the company and its business. I highly suggest and recommend you guys use his model work ethic to train and treat customers like MR.... read more
