Have taken my 4Runner to get serviced twice here already and have received great customer service each time. Raul takes care of concerns and any additional questions I have. They are thorough and go over everything with you. You can also track the status of the maintenance and see what services they recommend. There’s always someone available to give you a ride if you don’t want to wait there and they also gave out a complimentary car wash last time I went. May be more expensive but MAN they are the best customer service ever. I always take my car there when its more in debth. I work 4 jobs and wasnt available for the time frame they had to pick my car up, so I sent my wife with money to pay but asked to be put on face time. One of the nicest repair shops I've ever been in, and the waiting room is nice to... Best service staff also... Only complaint I have right now is that why does my 10,000 mile service call say a total of $146.00 on it when I have the Total Toyota Service Care package coverage?
