Wonderful service! Was very quick and friendly.
In May 9, 2026 my oil change was handled fine and I was issued my diagnostic report with all green lights afterwards. However, I took my car back to T.O.G on May 19 to get my air conditioner serviced for blowing hot air which was reported on the diagnostic as a green light. May 20, I pick my car up then pay. I get in my car to leave but noticed diagnostic lights in my dash and 2 different warnings that I’m not sure why the mechanic did not notice when he parked the car in their parking lot. I bought a 2026 Tundra and a 2025 RAV4 in January and the sales department was phenomenal. The service center however is on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Took my 2026 Tundra here Tuesday morning for a complimentary 5K mile service. I asked the Service technician what all they did for it and he said it was only a tire rotation. Don't go here. Purchased a new tundra 5 days ago. Has 900miles on it. My wife and I are on the way to the way out of town, 2 hours from home, 2 hours from our destination driving separate vehicles. I notice a small bump in the road didn't see what It was. We stop to let the dogs rest and I notice oil underneath the truck. Look online at places nearby and see these folk.
