Excellent customer service
The young gentleman in parts needs telling what an asset he is. Yesterday I was behind and elderly customer and your staff member was so patient and helpful and even took photos of the customers part so he could help him out. As it wasn’t available separately. Well done to him. And getting to the service I received, it was also exceptional . Keep up the good work Toyota team and I will be back soon.
Took my 4WD to Toyota Service Launceston today for the first time. The service was excellent, fast, and the staff were very thorough and friendly. Best dealership service experience I’ve had.
