My experience from the moment I arrived was fantastic. The gentleman who helped me (Ioannis), my advisor, was great. He had fantastic customer service skills and did everything he could to assist and hear all my concerns while also making sure to get me in a rental car so we weren’t without a vehicle. The car was inspected and finished the same day! They quickly replaced my radiator and cleaned everything. Waiting to have my tires checked because the low light was on they got me in there pretty fast wait time with about 45 minutes but the coffee was good took my truck for the 5,000 mile warranty service got me in right away everything is great service department was excellent and Josh the service guy made the experience great
Their service is unbeatable. It never disappoints. They take care of your vehicle like it were their own. (Original Review) I have been coming to this Toyota for almost 6 years. I brought my truck in this last time on a Saturday and got my back on a Wednesday for a simple slippage light that needed some calibration. This is a 10 minute repair maybe.
