These people are thieves. Brought my truck in for a tire rotation today and they are recommending services that have already been done at this location which only need to be done every hundred thousand miles or so. Fluid system flushes that they already performed. Air filter changes when I just replaced them earlier this year and there is no way they are dirty already. Randy Lawson and General Manager, I send greetings to you both in this review!!!! Avoid this unfortunate company by the tenth way. This place will always hold a special place in my heart as the first and worst dealership I’ve ever stepped foot in. Shame and horror. Have your own repair base and sell broken cars. Either the mechanics are incompetent or the managers don't know how the car should work. It's scary even to entrust a bicycle to repair and sell. Waiting to have my tires checked because the low light was on they got me in there pretty fast wait time with about 45 minutes but the coffee was good
Be prepared for them to spend 3 hours to do nothing. Had an issue with my Sunroof and it took them 3 hours to tell me that the glass itself is not OEM so they can't do anything. I did not know of course but I'm not sure why it took so long. They suggested I go to an aftermarket sunroof body shop but couldn't specify. Not to mention the diagnostic fee. Thanks Toyota Service.
