Terrible service! Things to note: I arrived before my scheduled 9:00 a.m. appointment on Monday, January 5th of 2026 for an oil change service only. This agent, (Carlos) promised to me that service would take a maximum of two hours. Well, it took me 4 and a half hours to get out of there. Today’s experience with the Chula Vista Toyota service depart was so awful I had to file a formal complaint. We scheduled an appointment for 9:30am and arrived on time to a massive line nearly going out the dealership into the street. We were not seen til past 10:15am with my two children waiting in the car because we had plans after we dropped off our vehicle. Whether they need to schedule less appointments or not accept walk ins, they need to adjust the current set up because it was an absolute mess at the service departme... read more
