Toyota care service(s) not performed , technician just checked off boxes on the Multipoint Vehicle Inspection report. Brought my 6-month-old vehicle to Toyota Chula Vista service department for its first service appointment through TOYOTA CARE (12/21/2024). My tire pressure was on the low side so great it will be performed part of the multi-point inspection by the technician. This was not the case. Im not from Chula Vista but my boyfriend was stuck at the Cbx airport and I called this dealership because they’re 15 minutes away from there and Kevin the service advisor helped me out from the start me being almost 6 hours away helped me out he was so nice and helpful with my situation, he ordered my boyfriend a Lyft to a hotel to stay the night since I was unable to go thank you so much Kevin bless your heart thank you for everything you’ve done for us we appreciate you so much! ❤️🙏🏽
