Today’s experience with the Chula Vista Toyota service depart was so awful I had to file a formal complaint. We scheduled an appointment for 9:30am and arrived on time to a massive line nearly going out the dealership into the street. We were not seen til past 10:15am with my two children waiting in the car because we had plans after we dropped off our vehicle. Called right before I went to get an oil change to see if walk ins we welcome. They said yes walk ins were fine so I drove over. When I got there, I sat there for about 30 minutes with no help. People were on their phones instead of helping
Toyota care service(s) not performed , technician just checked off boxes on the Multipoint Vehicle Inspection report. Brought my 6-month-old vehicle to Toyota Chula Vista service department for its first service appointment through TOYOTA CARE (12/21/2024). My tire pressure was on the low side so great it will be performed part of the multi-point inspection by the technician. This was not the case. Es un desastre te dicen que el carro lo entregarán a una hora y después de esperar 4 horas nos dicen q debemos cambiar el filtro del aire !!!!!!!no tienen respeto por el tiempo de espera de los clientes no volveré
