A review of recent customer experiences shows repeated complaints involving inadequate oil changes, improper repairs, poor communication, excessive delays, and damage to customers’ vehicles. I had an appointment at 8:30 am for a recall repair and arrived 10 mins early. I wait an HOUR and 10 mins to be assisted. I tried getting the attention of multiple staff members and they all kept brushing me off. The service line was extremely long and I heard multiple people complaining about their wait times. It makes no sense to schedule so many appointments when they can’t accommodate them all. Called for a walk in and asked what time would be okay to come in, they said anytime after 10 is a good time. Came in at 10:30 and got checked in but waited over 40 min with nobody coming in to at least give me a heads up. This is a joke, I dont mind if they take 6 hours to get my car ready but having me wait in the lobby when I called beforehand to ask what was a good time is unacceptable. There were only 2 other cars waiting as well and they had easily over 20 min with nobody coming out to help. Don't bother coming here
