Brought my car there for three things they couldn't find out what was going on. And the day after we took the car other things started happening like the transmission not working properly. Not sure what they did to the car but we are not happy.
I had appointment for my car to do oil change they told me one hour 45 minutes I came back more than 2 hour later my car is not inside the service area yet they told me you have to wait another 2 hours or take the car.I took my car and left with out charging oil, is crazy more than 4 hours for oil change.
I had a very frustrating experience with the service department while bringing in my Toyota Camry for a scheduled transmission fluid change. My appointment was set for 9:00 AM, and I arrived on time. I was told the service would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. After waiting over two hours (around 11:06 AM), I had to ask for an update myself. I brought my 2022 Toyota Sienna here in September 2025 to have new keys programmed. I paid for the service and everything seemed fine at first. Recently, both keys stopped working properly, so I returned to have the issue checked. I was told that the problem is with the keys they originally programmed — meaning the issue likely stems from the initial service.
