Toyota Customer Service is terrible!!!! I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance service. I made the appointment and arrived on time, but I waited for almost **3 hours**. I then went to check on my car, and they told me the vehicle wasn’t even in the shop yet. I had to go to work, and I explained this to the person taking my information. Always accommodating and friendly. They have great people working for them. I feel that I am getting great service every time I go. Been a customer since 1999. They offer maintenance packages that really work for me & my schedule. Always keep you informed.
I had a great experience with Christopher and the service team at Colonial Toyota. My Corolla was having a complicated issue—it wouldn’t start consistently and was showing warnings about low braking power and the hybrid system. Brought my car there for three things they couldn't find out what was going on. And the day after we took the car other things started happening like the transmission not working properly. Not sure what they did to the car but we are not happy.
