I brought my 2022 4Runner here for the 48,000 km standard maintenance (Service #2), which by Toyota guidelines requires essential work including a brake fluid flush, propeller shaft/driveshaft lubrication, and a tire rotation. I have been taking my 2013 Prius V here for service for many years. The service and customer care here is great, Max, Shannon, Kerri, and the whole team are amazing!
Even though Georgetown Toyota isn’t the closest dealership to me, I chose to drive half an hour based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. This was my car’s first service at 8,000 km, and they essentially did nothing beyond a basic check to confirm the car was in good condition. I specifically requested that they adjust my tire pressure, yet they failed to do so.
