I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Vandergriff Toyota. My vehicle has been there for nearly three weeks to repair a charging issue for my Toyota BZ at only 2,300 miles and still has not been repaired. I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra SR5 from Carvana and brought it to Vandergriff Toyota for a comprehensive service. I approved all recommended services without hesitation and paid over $1,600 for the work. Unfortunately, my experience following the service has been very disappointing. Whatever you do do not buy a car from Vandergriff Toyota. It will absolutely take your money and card say that you caused diverse of the car just not to give you a down payment when you technically I haven’t even left a lot went with the car when I bought it, but I take responsibility in my part. Jasmine is the best service advisor she took great care of me!
I will not be returning to this location again. They have horrible customer service. My service advisor was very short and when I asked him questions - he was not very helpful. They do not have a shuttle- even tho when scheduling thru the app, they ask you if you need a shuttle. They give you a $25 uber voucher - which was enough to get me to work (5miles away) but did not cover the ride back to pick up my vehicle.
