I had an amazing experience at Vandergriff Toyota thanks to my service advisor, Mike. He was professional, honest, and extremely attentive. Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was convenient for me — he even ordered me an Uber ride home and back to the dealership while my car was being serviced. He explained the work clearly, kept me updated, and never pressured me into anything unnecessary. Truly above and beyond service — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Mike!
Had the rudest experience here. Last time I was told I had a few free oil changes that rolled over from the previous owner. This was back in may. I call and the man who answers the phone alluded that I was lying and he doesn’t know where I got that from. It wasn’t a big deal if the guy previously had told me wrong information however, the man on the phone after I told him he hadn’t been the nicest responded with “well I like to think I have a good attitude” I will not be getting my car serviced here anymore.
03/16/2025 Apparently the service techs either do not know what replacing a crush washer means or they do not know how to torque down a bolt. Leaked oil everywhere right after the Service. 6/21/2025 Service Advisor Luis Jimenez was not pleasant. He wanted $750 for Fluids and an air filter. When I said no, he rushed me through the free tire rotation and asked for a 5 star review. Then he offered a $30 oil change on my next visit. I don't know if they got new management or what but for sure they have a whole new crew and there is so much attitude and disrespect here for this single paying customer that pays on average $500-$1,500 per service. I'll be taking my money where I'm welcomed with professionalism and common courtesy.
