As I was concerned about the condition of the brakes on my Rav4 after having been told by another shop the vehicle was in need of new brake pads, rotors and calipers, I took the car into Destination for a brake inspection. My service advisor, Dorothy, was very knowledgeable and attentive to needs of my car; she explained there was uneven wear needing to addressed but is not urgent and we agreed to have the service performed at my next maintenance appointment. I had a great experience at this location. They replaced my tire very quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Jenny for her excellent customer service. She was very kind, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my car. Overall, a very great and professional team!
I went here only for an oil change and alignment (regular checkup) I told them to look at the brakes too! After 5 hours they charged me 600 CAD! They only changed the oil for more than 200$ which you can do it less than 100 at your locals! They charged me to just looking at the brakes! As if check up does not include the brakes??!! Then on my receipt it says 5$ for other cost but on the total it appears as 55$ like WHY?! Never again. Go to a small business local shop before an expensive impersonal dealership. The quality does not match the cost.
