Awful service. At best they are ripping you off and at worst they are giving you back your vehicle in a condition that might kill you. That's my experience with them. Sad when you can't trust a Toyota Service Department. Everyone knows the work and the parts are expensive but at least they do a good job/ fix your vehicle and stand behind their work.
