Absolutely disappointing. Ruined my day and the weekend that followed. The one thing I would expect out of a standard service would be for the car to be washed. And despite the reminder, it wasn't. The car was as it was when I dropped it off. A solitary "Oh it was a busy day, as you'd understand. Bring it back and I'll get it done". I didn't know customers were supposed to keep track of how busy a service centre got. If I had the information, I would have gladly rescheduled.
