All the staff were very polite, I was very happy with there service
Terrible Service experience, dropped off my GR Yaris for service. I requested diagnosis a 3rd gear slight shudder issue. However, I was told that they won't road test it unless I pay $330 upfront, and the money wont be refunded if they can't replicate the issue or they think the car has no issues. Not sure if it is the Toyota standard protocol where road test/diagnose is charged to the customers while the car is still under factory warranty. I escalated that to the service manager. I brought my Camry in because the check engine light came on. Pennant Hills Toyota assured me they could fix it since they are an official Toyota service center. After replacing three parts and charging me a significant amount of money, the issue still wasn’t resolved. If a Toyota service center can’t properly diagnose a basic Toyota problem, then who can? Waiting from 8:30am to 2pm and still not ready for car service. Not punctual and time got postponed and postponed. People at reception are nice though. One star is for the reception.
