Not helpful at all. To check reverse camera on my car which is still on warranty, They want to keep the bussines van for all day for the assessment could possibly take 5 minutes. This is the second time bringing my car here and very bad experience of customer service. I always take my car to Castlemaine toyota. 5 star always. Hope they are considering some changes regarding they customer service in their branch.
