I brought my car here for a back brakes and they took 45 minutes then I brought it there a couple weeks later for an oil change and a tire rotation and it took the kid 3 hours and when he put my car off the lift and backed it up to bring it out to me it was leaking oil so then he had to pull it back in and put the plug back in apparently I don't even know how much oil is in my car now that leaked out or not there's oil all over the hood of my car like his fingerprints were on it smudged and stuff all over my handle of my car... read more

Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my life, never have I experienced anything like what Westboro Toyota did to me. So the biggest complaint was their forging of my signature on a car warrantee. I thought I was buying a Toyota Care policy, a off market policy was purchased by Westboro Toyota and my signature was forged on these doc,s. When I presented the vehicle to a different Toyota dealership, I was told a Toyota Care policy was not linked to this vehicle.
