Looking for parts at goulburn would not even return call saying that they where busy.
Really delighted with the customer service I experienced and witnessed today. I saw staff: - deal with an unhappy customer, sending her away smiling - offer to demonstrate something in a car that someone was unsure about - fit in a quick check for something in the jam packed schedule Each interaction I had/witnessed was kind, patient and respectful. I have never been so impressed with a service centre.
Chasing a spare part for my Prado while returning to Adelaide following a trip to NSW. Great customer service. Part supplied.
