I had a great experience with Paul Koontz - Service Advisor in getting my 2025 Toyota 4Runner serviced. He listened well, was incredibly friendly, and listened well my concerns. I've tried other Toyota Dealerships in the greater Sacramento area and this one is by far the best!

Paul was very polite and extremely efficient. They were able to service my vehicle within an hour and a half and had me on my way.
Fast service and a ok experience. However the oil tech overfilled the oil and I returned the next day to have it corrected. Aargg
