People were kind, knowledgeable, down to earth, and took their time answering all our questions with care. 2 hours of waiting *with an appointment* before the vehicle was even touched. Their explanation was “it’s like going to the doctor you have to wait after your appointment time.” Don’t waste your time.
After many poor experiences with their winter/summer tire swap and storage service, I’ve moved my business to Mavis. Even with an appointment, the simple tire swap service would take 2-3 hours.. Every single year they failed to inflate the tires to proper pressure. I’d leave the lot and get a pressure warning and fill the tires myself.
