Always have friendly service advisors. Definitely easier with a extended warranty
Service rep was very friendly. He was helpful with explaining the services that I went there for. However when I went to the cashier’s desk to pay, I had an issue with my bill. After a few minutes of waiting, the teenager at the register had a terrible attitude. He started pacing around and giving me and my partner dirty looks when we were discussing the bill amongst ourselves. He tossed my car key at me when I asked for it after paying.
