Wasn't able to drive my car for a while and the battery died. Wouldn't take a charge so had to have the car towed to the dealership. I've been fortunate to have had really outstanding experiences with the service department over the years. I've had the assistance of Service Advisor Daniel Stumpf before and was fortunate to get to work with him again this time to get my car taken care of. Excelente servicio por su parte. Lleve mi vehículo por un servicio de rutina y lo hicieron bastante bien. No fue mucho la espera o por lo menos fue asi porque ya habia hecho cita. Se recomienda ampliamente traer tu auto aqui si requiere servicio.
The staff were generally friendly, and the location was clean. I came in for a scheduled diagnostic and 830. I got my car back at 5. I described the issue and offered them a video of the noise while driving. They declined to view the video. When they returned my keys, they told me they could not recreate the noise and handed me the bill. Followed by a long list of unrelated services that they wanted to schedule me with the next week.
