Worst toyota service center ive ever been too. Ive owned my highlander since 2006 and travel a lot visiting a lot of shops. I walked in one afternoon to schedule routine maintenance at the service counter. The service rep was extremely rude, i cant think of anything I did that couldve cause this. The worst part is i received confirmation it was booked, but as i left the parking lot it was cancelled! I dont remember her name but she was a lady. People like that shouldnt be working. If you're considering leasing from this dealership, make sure to go through Toyota Financial Services. Otherwise, they may sell your lease to another bank, which could then transfer it again. I had to reestablish two different online accounts just to track down my lender, making the process frustrating and confusing. On top of that, because they sold my lease and my information to another lender—somewhere in Colorado—I'm now struggling to get rid of the defective lease car they gave me. Took my car in for normal routine maintenance. Afterwards, they informed me that the tech drove into the garage door and broke a bumper clip or two. First of all, how do you work at a place like this and drive like that?! They told me there was no actual damage, but when I inspected it myself there was clear damage. It’s a brand new 2025 vehicle and they damaged it and lied about it!
