This place is criminally terrible. They will waste your time with their slow motion service then pick pennies out of your pockets like a roadside vagrant. Their sales team is equally awful. This place should be avoided. Metro Detroit Toyota Dealers are giving Toyota a bad reputation. I’ll save the money next time and buy American.
Worst toyota service center ive ever been too. Ive owned my highlander since 2006 and travel a lot visiting a lot of shops. I walked in one afternoon to schedule routine maintenance at the service counter. The service rep was extremely rude, i cant think of anything I did that couldve cause this. The worst part is i received confirmation it was booked, but as i left the parking lot it was cancelled! I dont remember her name but she was a lady. People like that shouldnt be working.
