I've purchased this oil change and tire rotation package for years, and I was never told there was an expiration date. Whenever I scheduled an oil change, sometimes the staff would automatically perform the tire rotation as part of the package, and other times they apparently only did the oil change without mentioning I still had tire rotations remaining.
