Always quick and on time for the regular service.
After my service, I noticed a large scratch on my front window tint where the engine oil service sticker had been removed. I contacted the dealership, and they asked me to come in so they could inspect it. I understand that my English is not perfect, so it was difficult to explain everything. However, I have had my cars serviced at several Toyota dealerships, including Redhead, Cessnock, and Cardiff, and this is the first time my window tint has ever been damaged. As always, it's was an amazing service. I'm delighted with extremely wonderfull service.
The manager of the service department spoke to my wife so rudely. It was their stuff up!! A month after my wife had her car serviced by them and paid for in full, we get a phone call and was told the mechanic stuffed up with the bill and told us something was under warranty when it wasn’t and he wanted the extra money to be paid straight away!! Avoid at all costs! I wouldn't buy a Toyota again or at the very least strongly recommend not use Cardiff Service!!!! the service provided was appalling and the absolute disgusting manner in which the staff treated my wife and I was just astounding! We were lied to by managment of the service center multiple times, spoken down to and ganged up on at the counter 3 staff members just to push there agenda of there is nothing wrong.
