As always, it's was an amazing service. I'm delighted with extremely wonderfull service.
The manager of the service department spoke to my wife so rudely. It was their stuff up!! A month after my wife had her car serviced by them and paid for in full, we get a phone call and was told the mechanic stuffed up with the bill and told us something was under warranty when it wasn’t and he wanted the extra money to be paid straight away!! Avoid at all costs! I wouldn't buy a Toyota again or at the very least strongly recommend not use Cardiff Service!!!! the service provided was appalling and the absolute disgusting manner in which the staff treated my wife and I was just astounding! We were lied to by managment of the service center multiple times, spoken down to and ganged up on at the counter 3 staff members just to push there agenda of there is nothing wrong. Got my car serviced - was meant to be $252 but got told that the info on the website was incorrect and was charged $454. As I was leaving i noticed that the back right parking sensor was going off for no reason. Went back in for them to look at it to then tell me they can fix it but will need to order parts - i questioned this as the sensor had never played up before.
