Excellent service and lovely staff at front desk Also bus driver prompt and very polite
Will never go back again. The Servive Advisor, Danial, gave me a quote for over 6K to replace a whole high voltage cable system for a Hybrid Kluger because of a missing tiny platic cover which had zero damage to it. Found out through internal Toyota industry that it was supposed to be missing due to water retention in previous models and was well known. Maybe I was just unlucky, but both times I used their service, mistakes happened. The first time, they performed a full service on my car and marked everything as checked. However, the wipers were falling apart, yet they were still marked as “okay.” To be fair, after I complained, they replaced them at no extra charge. But it made me wonder if other things had been ticked off without actually being checked. The second time, I booked the service a week in advance and dropped off my car at 8:30 AM.
