I am a regular customer of Toyota Faulkner. Despite their good work, their customor service and professionalism is a BIG QUESTION MARK. During my recent visit, I mentioned to the Advisor that I think I need Alignment and if it is needed please let me know. After 2.5 hours, I checked with front desk lady the status of my car and she said oh your car has been ready.
