My experience w Faulkner Service is one of honesty and integrity. Another Toyota service center told me my repairs were not covered by my platinum warranty but I found out that was not true from Toyota financial. Bottom line my service adviser Dave Martini worked w his techs to determine the problem and fix my RAV4. Fully covered by my warranty.
