My mom, brought her car to I-10 Toyota in Indio on 12/16/25 for maintenance. We had to leave in an Uber since they kept the car. A service advisor named Eddie said all four tires were “bad” and , made it seem like repairs couldn’t continue without replacing them. My mom agreed to two front tires and inspection fee after being told the warranty would cover everything else. We were told the car would be ready Friday.
