Warning to anyone buying from Toyota Nowra: I was sold a “Clipped Assist” package that was pitched as a simple way to fix small scratches and dings without using insurance — supposedly to protect my car’s value. I trusted the salesperson and paid $1,295. When I actually needed to use it, Clipped Assist refused to cover the scratch, calling it “too deep” and “too long.” Their repair was just a few drops of paint. No real fix, no value for money.
