Iwould like to truly thank Mr. Tenzin and all the team work at Toyota Bilkonen. He was a fantastic employee who saved me from the negligent employee at the Gangalien branch who stalled me for two weeks and didn't provide any spare parts as promised. He never even called me back. I was going to hate Toyota customer service because of him, but Mr. Tenzin and all the team work at the Bilkonen branch completely changed my opinion for the better. Thank you all, a truly great team!
I purchased a brand new Toyota Camry from Toyota Belconnen, but I’m very disappointed with their service. There has been a steering noise issue since purchase, and even after three service visits, the problem has still not been fixed. For a brand new car, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected much better from an authorised Toyota dealership.
