The service itself is ok. But when I came in for service, the staffs are all confused and provide no real directions on getting started. The staffs kept mentioning “service advisor will give me details on my questions” while I had no idea who is my service advisor. In addition to that, all service staffs give you an attitude.
David Rotter was extremely professional and courteous. He and his team did an amazing job on servicing my toyota corolla. I couldn’t have asked for more.
