I brought my Prius in for service and received it back in a timely manner and David Rotter was very courteous. As a very senior citizen I could not have asked for more.
I leased this car here new, before Swickard took over ownership. I have worked in two different Service Departments in years past. When a customer has an appointment and is a "waiter" for a very basic service -- 15K, it should NOT take three hours. My appointment was at 1:15pm, I arrived at 1:10pm. I waited in my car about 15 minutes to speak with my Service Advisor -- unsure why that took so long because when I drove up in the Service drive, I was the only one waiting in line with my car -- then I was told my car was ready ... read more
