I have been a Toyota owner of multiple cars and have always dreaded going to the Toyota dealership as it takes way too long and I have encountered many representatives that talk to me like I have no idea about how cars work etc. This was not the case at Swickard Toyota. Employees were nice enough but two negative experiences warrant a 1-star review. I visited last month for my 110,000 ish mile maintenance which was fine. I was told I’d need to replace my 4 tires, and that it would just over cost $1,000. When I asked for any alternative tires, I was told that I paid $1,000 for my current tires (this is not true. I bought my of of state, and paid $550 for 4 tires with install). It seemed they only wanted to charge me based on what they thought I could pay, and never discussed any options over... read more

Used Toyota 101 to service my Camry--the car alarm goes off intermittently. They couldn't figure out what was causing it, but that's through no fault of their own--these things are very difficult to diagnose. Throughout the period, I was kept informed and they did the best that they could. No complaints here.

Great experience working with Neil Mapanao - very straightforward & reasonable; added one item to my service (with permission) and explained why - definitely left a good impression that the car and client were being taken care of without being taken to the cleaners
