Went here for a service and first they tried to replace my TRD engine air filter instead of cleaning it. They even acted like you can’t clean it. I declined the replacement and went to clean it myself later that day, when I went to clean the filter I noticed there were no clips on the intake cover, then saw the clips were broken. So they either broke the clips or saw they were broken and didn’t care. Either way not a place you want to willingly take your car. Good luck if you choose to.
Everytime I've been in here for service and had to deal with manager or another specific guy, it becomes the most unprofessional discussion. A lot of the workers are great but my interaction with couple of people, have ruined my experience. Not to mention the service hasn't been great. Had tire blow cause of pot hole. Relatively great and friendly crews. Coffee and vending machine available. Sorry to edit this after the second week comeback. I asked them to did the right front tire inspection. Right now after it sat in the garage for almost a week, it flat completely! I had my car towed there yesterday with a flat tire. They told me they were able to patch it and no further work needed done. My car drove home with no problems but I woke up this morning and the same tire is flat! Always check your oil level, verify no leaks, check your drain bolt, check your oil filter and check your oil cap... my oil cap fell off after having an oil change here at the shop. My mistake for not verifying the tech had the cap on tight... Had to buy a replacement cap elsewhere.
